Initial Parent Consultation

A 60-minute parent consultation designed to understand your concerns, gather background information, and discuss your child’s needs. This session helps determine the best next steps and goals for your family.

Cost $120

Individual Child Session

A 55-minute counseling session for children focused on building emotional awareness, coping skills, and confidence in a supportive, child-friendly environment. Sessions are tailored to each child’s developmental needs and may include play-based, expressive, and skills-based approaches.

Cost: $110

A 55-minute counseling session for teens that provides a safe, supportive space to explore emotions, manage stress, and work through challenges such as anxiety, relationships, school pressure, and self-esteem. Sessions are collaborative and focused on building practical coping and life skills.

Individual Teen/Adolescent Session

As an associate licensed therapist, I am not able to bill insurance at this time. I can, however, provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.
