Every child has unique strengths, and I believe that with the right support, encouragement, and practical skills, children can overcome challenges, build confidence, and thrive at home, at school, and in their relationships.

Whether your child is experiencing anxiety, struggling to manage big emotions, facing friendship or school challenges, coping with grief or loss, adjusting to family changes such as separation or divorce, or simply going through a difficult season, you don't have to navigate it alone.

With more than 28 years of experience working with children and families as both an elementary educator and school counselor, I understand the many challenges children face and the importance of creating a safe, supportive environment where they feel heard, understood, and valued.

My counseling approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I partner closely with parents while helping children develop practical skills for emotional regulation, healthy communication, problem-solving, resilience, executive functioning, and confidence. My goal is not only to help children through today's challenges but to equip them with lifelong skills that will help them flourish.
