Dana Glenn, LPCA
Hello! I'm Dana Glenn, and I believe every child has unique strengths. With the right support, encouragement, and practical skills, children can overcome challenges, build confidence, and thrive.
For more than 28 years, I have had the privilege of working with children and families as both an elementary teacher and school counselor. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of child development and the emotional, social, behavioral, and academic challenges children may face.
I enjoy helping children and teens navigate anxiety, emotional regulation, grief and loss, family transitions, friendship challenges, executive functioning, school-related concerns, and other life changes. One of my greatest strengths is building trusting relationships with children while partnering closely with parents to support lasting growth.
I earned my Master's degree in School Counseling from Clemson University and am a Professional Licensed Counselor Associate (LPCA), a Certified School Counselor, and certified in Elementary and Early Childhood Education. As a LPCA, I provide counseling under the supervision of a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, as required by the state of South Carolina.
My goal is to provide a warm, welcoming space where children feel safe, understood, and empowered to develop the confidence and skills they need to thrive—both now and in the future.
